FAQ's
How do you price your garments? Our princing system for custom screen printing covers three areas: art, screen set up and the garment/printing fee. See Pricing for details. TOP
Artwork is priced based on time. We charge $35.00 an hour for time spent behind the computer working on your logo. Most artwork can be done within one hour. Note: we do not charge art fees for color separation. If you bring us a completed logo (300 dpi) there is no art fee. Our art fees are for graphic design. TOP
What is the minimum I can order? We have no minimum order. You will find that cost per unit is dramatically reduced as volume increases though. TOP
What kind of artwork is acceptable? In order for your artwork to be accepted as complete, it should be received in a print ready format. [.png, ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, (.tif, or .jpg not recommended). If you must send a .jpg file, art should be submitted at 300+ dpi & at final print size (up to 13" X 18").] For Vector based artwork (illustrator, coreldraw) convert all text to curves or include font files with artwork. Do you guarantee your products? Yes, we guarantee our products. We guarantee that your t-shirts will be exactly what was quoted (ex...garment style, garment color, ink color, print position, print location). We send a color proof via email for our customers to approve. If a mistake was made on our end, we will reprint the shirts according to your specifications at no cost to you. TOP
How long will you honor a quote? All quotes are good for 30 days from the date given or sent. If you received a quote from us and 30 days have past, contact us with the info again, more than likely the quote will not have changed. TOP
How long will my order take to complete? Most orders ship within 10 business days of final art approval. Large quantities may take longer. TOP

When and how do I pay for my order? Payment is due before we can ship our your order. With new customers 50 percent at time of order and 50 percent just prior to shipping. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and Pay Pal. Deposits are non refundable.TOP
Can I use multiple garment colors in my order while using the same design? Yes TOP
What size should my apparel graphic be sent at? Up to 13X18 inches. TOP
300 dots per inch. It is the pixel count of your digital image. TOP
What is the maximum number of colors you can print? Currently four. Well we can print more than four, but because we are not set up for it at this time, there would be considerable surcharges. TOP
YES! Specialty inks are available, such as: How long does it take for shipping? Shipping rates and transit time vary depending on your location. We typically ship via UPS ground and USPS, but also offer expedited service such as Overnight and 2-day express. TOP
Prices listed on our website DO NOT include shipping for shirts. For a shipping estimate, please contact us with your zip code and the quantity of shirts you would like to order. You are responsible for all shipping costs. You can supply us with your own UPS or FedEx account number for freight charges. TOP
How do I qualify for free shipping? US orders only. Order must total $600 or more before tax. Free shipping does not apply to specials. Free shipping includes UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground only. TOP

What are screen/setup charges? We use a silkscreen process to print images onto garments. Every design requires a screen for each color in the design. We charge $20.00 per screen/color. If you reorder the exact design of shirts again there is no screen charge for orders over 36 pieces. You must notify us of your intent to reorder when you place the first order to avoid screen set up fees on reorders. TOP
Can I mix and match shirt colors? Yes! You can mix shirt colors in the same category. For example, you can order 24 black and 24 red shirts, all sizes S-XL, for the same unit price because they fall in the same size and color category. TOP
Orders paid for with a personal check are subjuct to a 3-5 day processing delay for the check to clear. We require a deposit of "half-down" to process your order, the balace will be due at the time of shipment or pick-up. (For all online orders, full payment must be received before order is processed.) TOP
